The Land Use Planning and Zoning section, through the Development Review Planners, manages land uses for commercial and residential development through commercial building permits and commercial and subdivision review as well as through the implementation of zoning regulations.
As this section is also the central coordinator for all resubdivision
actions, all legal subdivision actions are applied here.
Thus, the
section is always ready to provide guidance for the subdivision of
individual lots. This section also receives and processes applications
for
Planning Board of Commissioners meetings.
