The St. Charles Parish Department of Community Services offers programs and services that support the healthy development of children, and provide aid to low-income, elderly, handicapped, and other disadvantaged residents of St. Charles Parish in their efforts to increase their own economic independence and productivity. As well, our efforts are geared towards bringing people and organizations together to work towards the common goals of investing in our community and fostering positive change.
