VOTER ID CARD: Any St Charles Parish voter who would like a new voter identification card can call the Registrar of Voters office at 985-783-5120 to request a new card.
CERTIFIED COPY OF VOTER REGISTRATION CARD: Any St Charles Parish voter in need of a certified copy of their voter identification card must come in person to the Voter Registration Office in St Charles Parish with a drivers license or identification card. Note: Family, friends and acquaintances MAY NOT pick up a copy for the voter.

School Elections - Published 8/26/2010 The Registrar of Voters Office hosted the Hahnville High School Homecoming Election on Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Seniors and graduating Juniors were able to vote for 10 of their favorite boys and 10 of their favorite girls to be the finalist. During the election 58 student pre-registered to vote. The Destrehan High School Homecoming Election will be held on Friday, August 27, 2010.

Absentee Voting Report - Published 8/23/2010 During Absentee Voting for the August 28, 2010 Election there were a total of 294 people who came to vote in person for the Eastbank and Westbank Offices.

ABSENTEE VOTING - Published 8/14/2010 Absentee Voting begins Saturday August 14, 2010 and Monday August 16, 2010 thru Saturday August 21, 2010. Voting hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm. Voting locations are at the St Charles Parish Registrar of Voters Office in the Hahnville Court House and the Arterbury Building in New Sarpy.

Absentee Ballot Request - Published 8/2/2010 Absentee Ballot Request for the October 2, 2010 2nd Party Primary Congressional / Open Primary Election will be available August 3 to September 28, 2010. Voter Registration - DEADLINE FOR AUGUST 28, 2010 ELECTION - Published 7/26/2010 Wednesday, July 28 at 4:30 p.m. is the deadline for Louisiana residents to register to vote in the Aug. 28 party primaries. It is also the last day that voters may change party affiliation. Residents may register to vote or change their registration information at their local Registrar of Voters or online at www.GeauxVote.com.
The Aug. 28 ballot will include party primaries for U.S. Senator and, in some Congressional districts, U.S. Representative. Registered republicans will be eligible to vote in the Republican Primary; registered democrats will be eligible to vote in the Democratic Primary; and registered libertarians will be eligible to vote in the Libertarian Primary. Voters who are registered with the Green or Reform parties will not be eligible to vote in the Aug. 28 election. Voters registered with any other party, or those registered with no party, may choose to vote in either the Democratic Primary or the Libertarian Primary.

Board of Elections Supervisors - IMPORTANT DATES - Published 7/18/2010
- Friday, July 30, 2010 - 10:00 am pull commissioner and commissioner-in-charge at the Clerk of Court office.
- Wednesday, August 11, 2010 - 9:00 am at the Registrar of Voters Office to open polls for absentee voting.
- Thursday, August 26, 2010 9:00 am at the Hahnville Voting Machine Warehouse to seal voting machines.
- Saturday, August 28, 2010 - Election Day special absentee meeting at the Clerk of Court office to close polls 7:30pm
- Tuesday, August 31, 2010 - 9:00 am at the Hahnville Voting Machine Warehouse to open voting machines.
- Wednesday, September 1, 2010 - 9:00 am promilgate results of the election at the Clerk of Court office.
