The
Planning and Zoning Department through the Code Enforcement
Section is tasked with enforcing many of the provisions of the
St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances of 1981, as amended. Complaints
include high grass, trash and debris, derelict vehicles, derelict/abandoned
structures, non-compliance with Zoning criteria, as well as
non-compliance with permitting procedures.
