Requested by: Ed Burks / St. Charles Parish to vary the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances to reduce the required front yard or building setback from 10 ft. to 4 ft. and to allow 3 parking spaces within the required 30 ft. of the intersection at 800 East Harding Street, New Sarpy, La.  Zoning District R-1A(M).  Council District 6.
