Requested by: Councilman Paul J. Hogan, P.E., District IV for an ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances by deleting under Appendix A, Section VI. Zoning district criteria and regulations A.[I.].1.c.(8); and add under Appendix A, Section VI.A.[I}.1.a.(12).  An ordinance to eliminate the special use permit requirement for construction in an O-L zoning district when a permanent right of passage is provided for.
